Home / Book a call
Thirty minutes with Alex. We map where enquiries, bookings and hours are leaking out of your business — and tell you exactly what we’d build to stop it. No obligation, no pressure. You keep the map either way.
What happens on the call
It’s a working session, not a pitch. You’ll leave knowing what slow response is costing you and what fixing it looks like — whether or not you ever hire us.
We walk through how work actually reaches you — calls, WhatsApp, forms, word of mouth — and find where enquiries go quiet. Most owners can name one leak. There are usually three or four.
Rough, honest numbers on what each leak costs per month — your enquiry volume, your job values, your maths. No scare tactics; the real figures tend to be uncomfortable enough.
We tell you exactly what we’d build, in what order, and what it plugs into. Specific enough that you could take it to another agency. That’s what “you keep the map” means.
If there’s a fit, a fixed-price proposal lands in your inbox within days. One number, clear scope, clear timeline. No hourly billing, no “price expires Friday” theatre.
Engagements typically start at £3,000. Most projects range £10,000–£50,000.

You’ll speak to the founder — the person who builds the systems — not a sales rep working through a script.
Rather talk than click?
Call our AI line on +44 20 8016 3606. It answers in seconds, day or night — and yes, it can book your audit itself. It’s the same receptionist our clients run, so consider it part of the audit.
Prefer email? [email protected] — a short note on what’s leaking is plenty.
Before you book
Short answers, no small print. Anything else — ask on the call.
Yes. Thirty minutes, no invoice, no card details, no “discovery fee”. The audit is how we decide whether we should work together — we’d rather show you the value than describe it. And whatever happens, the map of your leaks is yours to keep.
We’ll tell you what we’d build and what it costs — once, in writing, after the call. That’s it. No countdown timers, no follow-up barrage. If the numbers don’t stack up for your business, we’ll say so on the call; some audits end with us telling people not to buy anything yet.
Nothing is mandatory. It helps to have a rough idea of your monthly enquiry volume, where enquiries come from (phone, WhatsApp, forms), your average job value, and the tools you already use — calendar, invoicing, CRM. Don’t know the numbers? Fine. Working them out is half of what the audit is for.
Thirty minutes, well spent
